🚩 Subcontractor Roster
We are building out our sub-contractor roster and invite independent evaluators/consultants interested in collaborating to fill out this form. We will follow up to explore whether we’re a mutual fit. Here are some roles we often look to fill:
Project lead/manager: You have experience developing collaborative relationships with community-based organizations and consider facilitation to be one of your strengths. You are skilled in using evaluation tools to facilitate project design, decision-making, and strategic reflection.
Quantitative analyst: You are skilled in cleaning large datasets and performing statistical analysis. You are also really good at communicating findings with punchy data visualizations designed for audience learning & engagement.
Qualitative analyst: You can design data collection tools, lead or support virtual interviews and focus groups, develop codebooks, and lead team coding& analysis using software like Dedoose.
Data viz/presentation/slidedoc designer: You are a skilled designer in Powerpoint and can up MXM's game in designing for learning and eval use.
